These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs AED 27 per day.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for AED 125 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for AED 125 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Important Information

We require all our guest’s physically valid IDs (Emirates ID) or passport. Without valid physical ID or passport we will not check in the guest.
Visitors are required to provide their valid physical ID in the Reception and only allowed in the guestroom (i.e. Deluxe and Executive suites One visitor is allowed and for GRAND suites Two Visitors are allowed) maximum of 3 hours and following the safety protocols in the hotel.
The hotel requires 100 AED as security deposit upon check-in. You can pay by cash or card.
Deliveries should be received personally from the Security Entrance.
Prepayment is needed before check in.
Please note that one baby cot is subject to availability at the time of check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
