Love the location as it matches my purpose staying nearby WTC - The Mall. Great restaurant AKKO next to hotel.

The apartment style hotel makes it cozy for staying and having space to cook in the kitchen and relax in the living room. The staff is friendly and tries to accomedate as much as they can. It's very close to shopping centers and local restuarnt making it easy to explore during your stay.

Nice location

The hotel was excellent. Location was great. employees were excellent. Room and ‎bathroom were clean. Kitchen had big fridge, microwave, kettle, stove top (I did not use ‎so I cannot describe more about it), iron, iron board, washing machine, laundry dryer, ‎and basic utensils, two cups, two mugs, two bowls, two small plates, and two big plates. ‎The room was nice with a safe box and hangers and writing desk. TV room was nice ‎with a three seater and a single chair. TV was ok but needs more channels. Most ‎employees were friendly and professional. The ones who fixed items in the room are: ‎the manager of the house keeping, Mr. Mohamed, was polite and supportive, the ‎engineer who fixed the washing machine, Eng. Wakkas, was professional, polite, and ‎efficient. The engineer who fixed the scale and the safe box was professional and very ‎friendly (I cannot remember his name). The house keeping staff, like Mr. Rakib, were ‎polite and working hard.‎

Breakfast=several Indian black and brown fluids. It is better to die rather than eat something there.

Room is spacious, near shops, beach and malls.

The front desk staff were polite and genuinely trying, but they clearly had no authority to fix anything. I felt sorry for them — they were dealing with multiple guest complaints and had no support from management, so all they could do was stay polite.

Strategic location. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was rich and delicious.

location is near all what you may need. room is clean and comfortable. kitchen has stovetop, microwave, big fridge, iron, kettle, and washing machine. room has a desk to write and do work, dining table, TV, and two sofas. Bedroom has two cupboard, comfortable bed, and a safe.

Spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable bed and sofa, apartment is big with all basic needs available with good sized kitchen as well. Surrounding is good with markets, restaurants, mosques and waterfront is nearby.

It is located close to World Trade Center, Supermarktes are available nearby. Specially LuLu hyper market near WTC, and located in the downtown. Easy access to many different places. And breakfast timing was nice.

Location is very good and on right up the road . Reachable to all needs such as Masjid, Restaurants and malls Beach are very close.

Good location

The flat was spacious and very comfortable. The internet was fast. Everything I needed was provided. The view was really good.

Location was very good

First of all it is clean, the staff are very accommodating. We arrived without my emirates ID and my son’s ID, as we forgot my wallet at home in Dubai where i am keeping our IDs, yet they helped us, gave us an option and accommodated us.

The apartment is spacious, reception working really good, location is good, quite far to walk to corniche beach, but it's possible. There are some restaurants just beside the hotel.
